This is a special challenge as this challenge runs right through summer until 27th September so there's no excuse to join in!!
The challenge for this period is 'Cheap as Chips'..
To make a card, layout or other creation as cheaply as possible, not counting the card blank!!
The background paper is from a RAK, the fabric sentiment is from a freebie and the heart beads were free on a magazine!!
